We have family scattered across the world, and on New Year’s Eve we like to follow the clock as it strikes midnight in Manila and Hong Kong, London and Dublin, New York and California. It makes you aware that it didn’t just happen when the ball dropped in Times Square.
Living in different countries, having wide-ranging personal and professional experiences, being obsessed with world news, has helped me develop a global mindedness, a sensitivity to multiple perspectives. And I don’t just see the world through my own eyes, but through those of my children who rekindle my curiosity at every turn.
Design solutions and how we communicate, should reflect all those perspectives… diverse, opinionated, young and old, clever, thoughtful, current, and always with simplicity and focus.
Invitation for Prevention magazine hosted spa-themed get-togethers held at various NYC advertising agencies. I included it here because sometimes it’s nice to have fun with our work… wouldn’t you agree?
With family scattered across the globe, our New Year’s Eve tradition is to celebrate as midnight strikes in Manila, Hong Kong, London, Dublin, New York, and California. It’s a reminder that the world doesn’t revolve around a single moment—there’s a vast, interconnected experience happening beyond the ball drop in Times Square.
Having lived in different countries and drawn from diverse personal and professional experiences, I’ve developed a truly global perspective. My passion for world news and sensitivity to varying viewpoints allows me to see the world not just through my own lens, but through the fresh eyes of my children, who reignite my curiosity every day.
When it comes to design and communication, I believe our solutions should reflect that diversity—embracing perspectives that are young and old, bold and thoughtful, clever yet focused. It’s about delivering work that’s both current and timeless, always rooted in simplicity and purpose.
